If you could get it so it looks like either the drainpipe/air vent is dripping and you get that kind of green moss on the brick could look kinda cool.... Aas if we don't have enough work on our plates already I'm giving us more to do....anyway... its just an idea - don't have to go with it. I just found this image and thought it looked pretty cool and as the chop shop isn't well maintained seemed to fit quite well.
